For existing ALB account holders, please follow the steps below.
To be eligible as a professional client, you must fulfill a minimum of 2 of the requirements listed below.
The client has conducted substantial-sized transactions with an average frequency of 10 trades per quarter in the last four quarters.
The size of the client's portfolio, including cash deposits and financial instruments, exceeds EUR 500,000.
The client has at least one year of professional experience working in the financial sector in a position that involves knowledge of financial transactions or related services.

If you fulfill the minimum requirements mentioned above and wish to apply for a professional client status, kindly send an email to ALB Limited's operations team at alb.operations@alb.com.
ALB Limited checks your application and asks to see personal documents to verify if you meet the minimum requirements.
Information Note: To be treated as a Professional Client ; Conditions and procedure is set out in Section 2 (SLCs2.08-2.12) of Part B of the Investment Services Rules for Investment Services Licence Holders which qualify as MiFID Firms issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
The leverage for the PRO Client should not exceed 1:100. Please see the Classification Policy of customers and the ALB Limited Terms of Service. Visit the Documentation page for more information.
